CHICKEN BURRITOS RECIPE
The chicken breast is one of the most consumed foods in the field of sports. In this case, we will explain how to prepare some chicken breast burritos. This recipe is nutritionally complete, providing a large amount of protein, and a moderate amount of carbohydrates and fats. In turn, thanks to the peppers, onion, and lettuce that will accompany the chicken, we will have a rich source of vitamins and minerals, which will contribute to having a correct intake of micronutrients.
The total caloric content of chicken burritos is 997kcal (not counting the oil used for cooking). However, this recipe is intended for 5 burritos (in some cases there will be no problem in dividing into 6 burritos). So, each serving of this recipe will contain 199.4 kcal. The complete recipe has the following distribution of macronutrients:

-Carbohydrates: 99.43 g.
-Fat: 33.72 g.
-200 g of chicken breast
-1 red pepper
-1 green pepper
-Cheese sliced (half sliced for each burrito)
MAKE THE PEPPERS
First, cut the peppers into strips of normal size. Once cut, add a little olive oil to the pan and add the peppers.
It is advisable to put a lid on the pan to make the peppers better. We will leave the pan over medium heat.
MAKE THE ONION
While the peppers are being made, we will cut the julienne onion (this is to suit each one). Once cut and when the peppers are moderately made (3-5 minutes), add it to the pan next to the peppers.
MAKE THE CHICKEN BREAST
Cut the chicken breast into thin strips while making the rest of the ingredients.
Once the peppers and onions are half done (depending on taste), add the chicken breast cut.
Next, we add the seasoning to the set of ingredients in the pan.
At all times we will leave the pan over medium heat.
WE ASSEMBLE THE BURRITO
Once the ingredients are done, cut the lettuce into small pieces.
Finally, we take a Mexican tortilla and put the ingredients on top, fold on one side and rotate the burrito to make it tight.
