- 500 grams of white fish
- 1 piece of onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 handful of parsley
- 1 egg
- 150 grams of breadcrumbs
- 1 glass of oil for frying
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
How to make Fish Burger?
To prepare healthy fish burgers, you must first put a pan with a little oil over medium heat, chop the half onion and poach it. You should leave the onion until it is soft and takes a little color.
Clean the fish of skins and bones. Chop it up and clean it well with scissors so that there are small pieces. In this way, we can see perfectly if there are any thorns left.
Take a bowl and add the minced fish. You should also add the poached onion, garlic and finely chopped parsley, an egg, a little salt, pepper and 2-3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs.
