- 500 grams of white fish
- 1 piece of onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 handful of parsley
- 1 egg
- 150 grams of breadcrumbs
- 1 glass of oil for frying
- 1 pinch of salt

How to make Fish Burger?
Step 1:
To prepare healthy fish burgers, you must first put a pan with a little oil over medium heat, chop the half onion and poach it. You should leave the onion until it is soft and takes a little color.
Step 2:
Clean the fish of skins and bones. Chop it up and clean it well with scissors so that there are small pieces. In this way, we can see perfectly if there are any thorns left.
Step 3:
Take a bowl and add the minced fish. You should also add the poached onion, garlic and finely chopped parsley, an egg, a little salt, pepper and 2-3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs. Mix all the ingredients well until it is a well-integrated dough. If it is very soft, add a little more breadcrumbs until it becomes a more compact dough and you can make the hamburgers. Step 6:
Put a jet of oil in a pan to fry over medium heat. When it is hot, fry and brown the homemade hamburgers on both sides, about 3-4 minutes on each side. The time will depend on how thick the burger is. It should be juicy inside because the fish will not be good if it is too dry. Ready to eat!
