It is a mild abrasive that removes stains and dental plaque on the surface of your teeth. Although its frequent use can damage the enamel. If your stains are very deep the baking soda will not be very effective.
Whitening teeth at home with this product is very simple. You should make a paste with baking soda and water in equal parts. Take the bicarbonate paste already prepared with the toothbrush or with your fingers, apply on the surface of your teeth gently. Leave on the teeth for 2 minutes and then rinse.
