This time we teach you how to make a protein brownie with beans. I know, you’re hallucinating with the main ingredient, but I assure you it tastes great. In addition, it is ideal for people with celiac disease because it does not carry gluten, and for those who want to avoid or reduce their meal intake. Here is the recipe of bean protein brownie.
Protein brownie without flour, is it possible?
By not using flour in this recipe, the protein brownie will be softer than usual. You may tend to break more easily, but do not worry. The beans that we propose in this recipe are black, but you can use any other type.
As for the amount of sugar, everything depends on your taste. So you may prefer to add more or less quantity. Ideally, you should add progressively and try to test the flavor. If you do not want to use sugar or natural sweeteners, you may like to add dates. In addition, this will make the dough a little denser.
As an extra, you can add chocolate chips, nuts or bits of dark chocolate.

-2 eggs
-180 grams of brown sugar or natural sweetener
-4 tablespoons of coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil
-40 grams of defatted cocoa powder
-1 teaspoon of yeast

PREPARATION
PREPARE THE DOUGH
In a blender, add all the ingredients except chocolate chips and nuts. Beat well until there is a homogeneous mixture.
PUT IT IN A TRAY
While we leave preheating the oven at 180ºC, we place a baking paper in a mold. Pour the mixture and spread it to make it as uniform as possible.
In the case of not having a paper of honor, you can use a little oil to grease.
BAKED!
You can pour the chocolate chips and the nuts on top.
Then, put it in the oven for about 30-40 minutes (always watching so it does not burn).
LET IT COOL
Take the brownie out of the oven and wait about 20 minutes to unmold it. Place it on a rack or plate, and let it cool completely.
