• 1 kilogram of fishbone
• 1 stick of celery
• 2 branches of coriander
• 1 medium carrot
• 1 medium red onion
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 branch of Chinese onion
• 4 lemon
• 300 grams of canchita serrana

Step 1:

Step 2:
