- 1 kilogram of fishbone
- 1 stick of celery
- 2 branches of coriander
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 medium red onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 branch of Chinese onion
- 4 lemon
- 300 grams of canchita serrana

Step 1:

Step 2:
