INGREDIENTS
-3 cans of tuna to the natural (I one of them in olive oil and the drain)
-6 whole eggs (boiled about 10 minutes)
-Mustard Dijon
-Ground black pepper
PREPARATION
STEP 1…
We boil the eggs and let them cool.
STEP 2…
Peel and split in half separating the yolks from the whites. ONLY we will use a yolk, or two, to avoid that they are so caloric and to happen with the fats.
STEP 3…
In a bowl, we mix the tuna, the yolk, a few or two teaspoons of mustard and pepper.
STEP 4…
We remove everything well making a paste and fill the eggs.
STEP 5 …
Let cool 1 hour in the fridge and … READY !!!!
RECOMMENDATION
We can add 1 tablespoon of crushed tomato (or fried tomato without added sugars of the Hacendado brand). Delicious and tasty dinner, low in kcal!
